Battle of Planes is a large underground map for four players, each controlling a Conflux hero-and-town force, with no teams and no computer-only colors. Its 108 by 108 layout is dominated by rock and water, which together cover most of the terrain. The author's description frames the story as a struggle between the elemental lords, who must slay a creator to gain mastery over the world.
