Battle for live! — RoE
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Battle for live! is a medium-sized 72 by 72 map for Restoration of Erathia, and it includes an underground level. Four players can each be human-controlled, with no teams set, and each side fields one faction: Inferno, Castle, Dungeon, or Rampart. Victory comes from defeating every enemy, while a player loses after losing all towns and heroes. Grass covers close to half the land, with rock, water, and lava making up much of the rest. The author, calling it a first attempt, recommends playing on Hard. Scattered across the map are 32 mines, 12 creature banks, six monoliths and portals, and two notable artifacts, the Pendant of Life and the Shield of the Yawning Dead.
