Audit is an extra large Heroes of Might and Magic III scenario on a 144 by 144 map with an underground level, built for the Shadow of Death expansion at Impossible difficulty. Eight players share the field: two human-controllable seats, Red and Blue, who are allied as one team, and six computer-only opponents playing Necropolis. The victory condition is to defeat all enemies, and a side loses once it has no towns and no heroes left. Terrain is mostly dirt and grass, with lava covering a sizeable share and only a sliver of water. The map holds 22 towns and 24 mines, along with 60 creature banks, 40 random artifacts and six quest guards. Placed artifacts include the Centaur's Axe, the Orb of Silt, the Shield of the Dwarven Lords and the Skull Helmet, and a timed event adds pressure.
