Arts of Magic — SoD

Arts of Magic is a medium underground map for four players, each playing one faction: Inferno for Red, Rampart for Blue, Necropolis for Tan, and Dungeon for Green. Every player controls a single hero and all four can be human, with no teams and no computer-only colors. The difficulty is set to Impossible. Victory requires defeating all enemies, while a player is eliminated once they lose all their towns and heroes. The 72 by 72 terrain is mostly subterranean, dirt, grass, and lava, with no water. Wandering monsters include a Rust Dragon, and dwellings house creatures ranging from Wood Elves to Crystal Dragons. The map holds eight artifacts of named types, sixteen random artifacts, and the Grail, along with 54 mines, two seer huts, and twelve monoliths and portals.
