~*~Armageddon's Blade~*~ — AB

Armageddon's Blade is a small, one-level map on a 36 by 36 grid, rated Hard, for eight players, all of whom can be human. There are no teams, and every player is on their own, with factions ranging from Tower and Fortress to Conflux and Castle, with Rampart, Stronghold and others doubled up. Terrain is mostly subterranean, rock and grass, with some rough ground and no water. Each side starts with a town, and the sides must eliminate one another's towns and heroes before anyone can claim the prize, an artifact called Armageddon's Blade, which is placed on the map. Losing all towns and heroes ends a player's game. Scattered across the map are 32 mines, four seer huts, six creature banks, two monoliths or portals, and eleven random artifacts. Wandering monsters include sprites, archmages and pit fiends.
