Angelic City is a single-player map for Heroes of Might and Magic III: Shadow of Death, and the goal is to eliminate all seven computer opponents. It is an Extra Large 144 by 144 map with an underground level, played on Impossible difficulty with eight colors, only one of which is human-controlled. There are no teams. Each rival color fields a different faction, from Castle and Rampart to Dungeon and Tower. Terrain is mostly grass and subterranean ground, with some swamp, snow, and a little water. The map holds 48 towns, 89 mines, and the Grail, and wandering stacks include eleven Black Dragon groups. Players lose if they lose all their towns and heroes, and the author adds that losing the starting hero, Kristian, also ends the game.
