Angiff der Toten — WoG

Angiff der Toten is an Extra Large underground map for In the Wake of Gods, laid out on a 144 by 144 grid, with rock covering about 42 percent of the terrain and water about 20 percent. Its name and the author's short note point to an impending doom that the player must try to avert. Six players share the map, with up to two human players and four computer-controlled colors, all set to Impossible difficulty. The players form two teams, and the factions are Castle, Stronghold, Conflux, Rampart, Inferno, and Necropolis. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses by losing every town and hero. Notable features include the Grail, placed artifacts such as the Angelic Alliance and the Trident of Dominion, and eight wandering Mammoth stacks.
