Angels of Rebellion — RoE
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Angels of Rebellion is an Extra Large, 144 by 144 map with an underground level, rated Expert and built for Restoration of Erathia. It follows a fallen god who, having nowhere to go, settles on an archipelago ruled by the seven princes of Ban Lynd and disrupts its balance. Eight players occupy the map, with seven slots open to humans and Pink reserved for the computer. There are no teams. The factions are Necropolis, Tower, Stronghold, Rampart, Dungeon, Fortress, and two Castle players. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses upon losing all towns and heroes. Rock covers about 38 percent of the terrain and water 29 percent. Notable features include 21 wandering Water Elemental stacks, the Lion's Shield of Courage, and 21 monoliths and portals.
