Ancient Greece — AB
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Ancient Greece is an Extra Large 144 by 144 map for Armageddon's Blade, played on Impossible difficulty and including an underground level. Eight players share the map, with up to seven controlled by humans and Purple reserved for the computer. There are no teams, and every player starts with a random faction. Rock covers about half the terrain and water roughly a quarter, with grass and dirt making up smaller shares. The map holds 38 towns, 88 mines, 16 random artifacts and three creature banks, and wandering monsters include several dragon stacks along with Cerberus and Cyclops King groups. A timed event is included. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses when all towns and heroes are gone. The author describes it as a modified Expansion version in XL size.
