Five players take part, but only four can be human, since the Orange player is computer-controlled. There are no teams. Red plays Conflux, Blue and Orange play Dungeon, Green plays Inferno, and Purple plays Castle. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses once every town and hero is gone. According to the description, heroes must overcome the mighty Azure Dragons to survive. Azure Dragons roam the land and guard dwellings, alongside Rust Dragons, Thunderbirds and Minotaurs. The Grail and several artifacts, including Angelic Alliance, are placed across the map.
