A struggle for land — AB

A Struggle for Land is a large underground map for Armageddon's Blade, measuring 108 by 108 and set across two levels. It is built for four players, all of whom can be human, with no teams and no computer-only colors. Each player starts with a random faction, and the expert difficulty setting applies. Victory comes from defeating every enemy, and a player loses once all of their towns and heroes are gone. The terrain is mostly rock, with about a third water and a small amount of sand. Seven towns are placed, along with a steady supply of wandering monsters, including pikemen, ice elementals, and cavaliers. Dwellings offer dragons and elementals, and six artifacts are set in fixed locations, among them the Crown of Dragontooth and the Red Dragon Flame Tongue. The map also includes 37 mines, six creature banks, and seven monoliths and portals.
