A Lenda de Ingaard — SoD
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
A Lenda de Ingaard is an extra large underground map measuring 144 by 144 tiles, designed for expert play in the Shadow of Death version. Seven colors share the field, with one human player allowed and six controlled by the computer, grouped into three teams. Each color uses a different town type, from Castle and Tower to Necropolis. The story follows a dark lord who spreads from kingdom to kingdom, and the goal is to stop him. Victory requires defeating a specific hero, while losing a specific town ends the game. Water covers about 37 percent of the land, with rock, sand, and grass making up most of the rest. The map also includes many Magog stacks roaming the land, the Grail, fifteen towns, twenty creature banks, and twenty-five monoliths and portals.
