This map depicts Germany during the Thirty Years' War, which ran from 1618 to 1648, and according to the author the country lost 65 percent of its inhabitants. The author lists seven possible sides: Swedish, Prussian, Royalist, French-Spanish, Hessian, Austrian, and Protestant. The extra large 144 by 144 battlefield has an underground level and is set to impossible difficulty. Eight players take part, with up to seven human, and there are no teams. One color is computer-only and plays Inferno. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player is eliminated after losing every town and hero. Grass, rock, and dirt cover most of the land, and water makes up about 10 percent. The map holds 48 towns, 62 mines, 551 wandering monster stacks, four monoliths and portals, and an Endless Bag of Gold.
