Continentalnaya Voina 1.2 is an extra large Shadow of Death map measuring 144 by 144 tiles, with an underground level and normal difficulty. The author describes a continent of plenty where there is no peace and no justice, so survival depends only on one's own energy and magic. Eight players share the map, up to four of them human, and the other four colors are computer-controlled. There are no teams, every faction is random, and victory requires defeating all enemies, while a player is eliminated after losing all towns and heroes. Grass, dirt, sand and swamp cover most of the land, with very little water. The map holds 34 towns and 128 mines, and wandering stacks include many Azure Dragons, with placed artifacts such as the Dragon Scale Armor and the Golden Bow.
